Outback Nights is an independent journal devoted to the rare hospitality that unfolds in Australia's interior once the sun drops behind the spinifex. We profile the homesteads, lodges and small operators who treat an evening in the desert as a craft — from the placement of a single hurricane lamp to the way a long table is dressed beneath the Milky Way.

Our editors travel quietly across the Red Centre, the Flinders, the Pilbara and the Channel Country, returning with field notes on slow-fire dinners, observatory programmes, refined cellar lists and private casino-themed evenings hosted inside heritage woolsheds and contemporary desert pavilions.
